Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of  WILSFORD PARISH COUNCIL to be held IN THE CONSERVATORY AT THE PLOUGH ON WEDNESDAY   09 February  at 7.00pm

NO ALCOHOL WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE CONSERVATORY DURING THE MEETING.

Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a 15-minute Public Forum when members of the public may address or put questions to the Parish Council on any matter connected with the Agenda, or for inclusion on a future Agenda. Those wishing to speak in the Forum should please attend in person whenever possible. When, for reasons such as immobility or self-isolation, this is not possible, petitioners should send an email or letter to the Clerk setting out fully the matter to be discussed. Those who attend are welcome to remain for all or part of the rest of the Parish Council meeting but will not be able to take further part in its discussions.

3.    Declarations of Interest: To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in Agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.

To propose that ‘in view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted, it is advisable that the press and the public be temporarily excluded, and they are instructed to withdraw.
