You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of WILSFORD PARISH COUNCIL to be held in the small room of Wilsford Village Hall on 12 October 2021 at 7.00pm
Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a 15-minute Public Forum when members of the public may address or put questions to the Parish Council on any matter connected with the Agenda, or for inclusion on a future Agenda.

1. Chairman’s Welcome.
2. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. Declarations of Interest: To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in Agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4. To approve and accept as a true record the notes of the meeting held on 14 September 2021 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

9. Planning:
a. Confirmation our objections to planning application 21/1061 were submitted on 15 September 2021

a. To resolve to approve Staff BACS Payments as per the approval list.
b. To resolve to approve BACS Payments as per the approval list – circulated to all Cllrs prior to the meeting.
c. To resolve to accept Bank Reconciliations and Cashbook to 30 September 2020 and authorise Chairman to sign – circulated to Cllrs prior to the meeting.
