Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of WILSFORD PARISH COUNCIL to be held in the small room of Wilsford Village Hall on 14 September 2021 at 7.00pm which the undermentioned business will be transacted.
Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a 15-minute Public Forum when members of the public may address or put questions to the Parish Council on any matter connected with the Agenda, or for inclusion on a future Agenda.

1. Chairman’s Welcome.
2. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. Declarations of Interest: To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in Agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4. To approve and accept as a true record the notes of the meeting held on 13 July 2021 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

a. To accept retrospective payments as per approval list already circulated
b. To resolve to approve Staff Payments as per the approval list – circulated to Cllrs prior to the meeting.
c. To resolve to approve BACS payments as per the approval list – circulated to Cllrs prior to the meeting.
d. To resolve to accept Bank Reconciliations and Cashbook to 31 July and 31 August and Chairman to sign.
e. To resolve and accept Playing Field Account Cashbook to 31 July and 31 August.
f. Confirmation request sent to close NS&I account and forms have been received.
g. To confirm first draft budget will be circulated before the next meeting.

c. Cllr Ms Miller – Update on Biodiversity Project, and confirmation entry has been submitted to the Lincolnshire Environmental Awards.
