The virtual meeting of Wilsford Parish Council will take place via ZOOM on Tuesday 12 January 2021 at 7.00pm.

The meeting will commence with a 15-minute Public Forum. Anyone wishing to attend the virtual meeting should email the Clerk at Wilsfordpc@gmail.com by 12 noon Monday 11 January, with the subject – attend meeting.  An invitation will then be issued.

AGENDA

1.    Chairman’s Welcome and housekeeping arrangements.

2.    Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies were valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.

3.    Declarations of Interest: To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in Agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.

4.    To approve as a correct record the notes of the parish council meeting held on 10.11.20 and the Closed Finance Meeting held on 05 January 2021  and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

5.    Vacancy for a Parish Councillor:
a.    Confirmation we may co-opt a new parish councillor and to discuss applicants
6.    Reports from County Councillor and District Councillor:
a.    Update from County Cllr Hague re missing sign Back Lane reported 12.11.20
b.    ElanCity Speed Equipment – would this need Highways Approval
7.    Reports from Outside Bodies:
a.    Village Hall

8.    Playing Field:
a.    To discuss Playing Field Inspection and work needed.
9.    Parish Clerk Update:
a.    To update Register of Interest Forms (if necessary)
b.    Confirmation latest electoral register has been received in PDF format and all previous copies destroyed.
c.    Confirmation the old website was switched off on 30 December 2020
d.    To confirm the Parish Council is only responsible for ensuring the grit bins are full.
e.    To confirm grit bins are for use by parishioners, but the parish council will arrange for refilling them.

c.    Temporary Traffic Restriction – Main street with A153 and a point 75m South -  restrictions to be implemented when required between 27.01.21 and 29.01.21

a.    20/0656 Planning appeal for change of use from holiday let to dwelling Waterloo Farm
b.    20/1664/CCC Planning permission for installation of modular staff amenity and training building New Earth Solutions(West)Ltd
12.    Finance:
a.    To approve and accept Playing Field Events Team Cashbook to 31.12.20
b.    To resolve to approve BACS staff payments as per the Approval List.
c.    To resolve to approve other BACS payments as per the Approval List.
