The virtual meeting of Wilsford Parish Council will take place via ZOOM on Tuesday 13 October 2020 at 7.30pm
The meeting will commence with a 15-minute Public Forum. Anyone wishing to attend the virtual meeting should email the Clerk Wilsfordpc@gmail.com by 12 Noon Monday 12 October, with the subject – attend meeting. An invitation will then be issued.

2. Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies were valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. Declarations of Interest: To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in Agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 08 September and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
