Dear Councillor.
 
Prior to the start of this meeting the Playing Field AGM will be held at 7.00pm (Agenda attached) 
 
You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of WILSFORD PARISH COUNCIL to be held in the small room of the Village Hall on   08 April 2025  immediately following the Playing Field AGM.
 
Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a 15-minute Public Forum when members of the public may address or put questions to the Parish Council on any matter connected with the Agenda, or for inclusion on a future Agenda. Those wishing to be heard in the Forum should please attend in person whenever possible. When, for reasons such as immobility or self-isolation this is not possible petitioners should send and email or letter to the Clerk setting out fully the matter to be discussed. Those who attend are welcome to remain for all or part of the rest of the Parish Council meeting but will not be able to take further part in its discussions.
